I created BEAUTYHIRED to bridge the gap between esthetics and nursing school and the real-world beauty industry. Throughout my 17-year career, I’ve hired and trained hundreds of candidates, gaining insights into the education and skills needed to become top performers in the beauty industry.

BEAUTYHIRED was designed to be the masterclass of the beauty industry, offering on-demand, online courses where you can learn at your own pace. Our courses cover everything from performing advanced aesthetic treatments to comprehensive consultations and mastering sales.

As a passionate leader in the aesthetics industry, I've dedicated my career to building and inspiring high-performing teams. As the Chief Operating Officer at SKINNEY Medspa, I oversee national operations and through strategic partnerships with Allergan, Saks Fifth Avenue and Biologique Recherche, I’ve played a key role in our success.

Through BEAUTYHIRED, I am committed to fostering continuing education in the beauty industry and making advanced training available to everyone. My goal is to provide mentorship and inspire others to learn and master new treatments and skills, increase their earning potential, and level up in their careers—all while having fun doing it.
